Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Manifest. By starting a trial or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Manifest is provided as a subscription software service. Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, or violations of these terms.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Manifest the limited rights required to host, process, back up, and secure that data in order to operate the service.

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Manifest is provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the prior twelve months.
